Here are the rules for Heart Songs and Happy Feet.

REGISTRATION.

first of all, the character's name should be as if you were writing it on a school paper; the first letter uppercase, and the rest lowercase. if you ARE approved in application, you can move onto your claims and start roleplaying. i would like to point out that you shouldn't have more characters than you can handle. the limit here would be four characters. but please, we ask for every two females, make a male. we would like an even ratio. (:

ROLE PLAY.

when you're role playing, it will be in third person. its what everyone does, why would you change it up now? there isn't a word count. but don't make it a two-sentence reply. no one can reply to that. at least 100 words please. we aren't an advanced site, but please make sense in your posts. grammar is important in role playing. a couple of mistakes are fine. i'm not a stickler. if you are waiting for a post to be done, don't keep pestering the other person to post. they will post. sometimes people aren't inspired to do it. that's okay. but don't hold off for too long, otherwise we'll move it to the archives.

applications should be finished within a three day time period, unless you have a good enough excuse that you cannot finish it then. please let us know if you cannot. there are also reservations. (:

ACTIVITY CHECKS.

We will be checking if you're on your accounts every month. Please sign into your account at least once or twice a week. Please try to keep up your activity, we want this site to grow. If you have a reason for being gone longer than that, please post in the absence board.

GOD-MODDING.

If you are new to roleplaying, god-modding is controlling a character that is not yours. Please do not do this. You cannot control any other's character's besides yours in posts - or anywhere. Also, your characters are not perfect. They have peeves, likes and dislikes. Make sure to tell us that. (the password is tapdance.) Also, no killing other people's characters. That is not allowed without their permission. BUT, once you kill them, they cannot come back to life.

GRAPHICS.

i ask of you, do not make anything too big. it stretches the page and peeves me -.- haha. avatars - 100x100. if you want, you can PM an admin so they could put it in your custom title. yes. we're that nice (; as for the banners in the signature... 400x200.
